Recycled Paper Projects

Many of the shorter projects Julie works with primary schools on involve using recycled paper and creating new. This has various creative results from sheet paper making, to making a paper garden to making large-scale Indian inspired archways. These projects are very good at inspiring recycling and eco-friendly ethoses in schools.

Images show a paper garden, made from paper pulp. Templates were used to create the paper; these where then dyed when almost dry. A display then arranged showing all pupils work. As second project here shows paper being made on a larger scale to produce archways inspired by Indian architecture. Spices are placed within the paper to give colour, scents and texture
